Casino Taxi is proud to provide the fastest and easiest way to order a taxi in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Their roots are deep in the city with a history rich in character. Casino Taxi Limited began in 1928 as a six-vehicle for-hire transportation company. Today, Casino Taxi Limited is a proud third-generation family business with the largest taxi fleet in all of Atlantic Canada.
Before we came along, Casino Taxi didn’t have a social media presence. Based on industry insight, the management team worried that the taxi industry could be a breeding ground for negativity. Still, they knew they had great drivers and a community-minded company and wanted to share it with the city.
We began our work with Casino Taxi in the midst of a public relations nightmare for cab companies in Halifax, but with a cautious and strategic approach, Casino Taxi thrived.
In the first year with us, they broke revenue records and for the first time in three generations, they hit two million trips. They hit it again the following year, only earlier.
